Sundays, May 31, June 14, July 12, Aug 23 & Sept 13 - Experienced yoga instructor, Sharon Poarch, will lead guests in this one-hour gentle class suitable for all levels, from beginners to advanced.

Sat, June 6 - Woodbury-born artist Marc Chabot presents Nature Observed and Imagined in the Van Vleck House Galleries

Thurs, June 18 - This Tai Chi class will review fundamental ideas and movements, catering to beginners while also providing challenging practice for intermediates
