Introductory Tai Chi for All Levels

This class will review fundamental ideas and movements of Tai Chi, catering to beginners while also providing challenging practice for intermediates. All will gain the benefits of increased balance, calm, and concentration. The movements will improve stability, coordination, and energy. The class will entail Qi Gong movements for general well-being, followed by a series of Tai Chi postures from the traditional forms.
