Experienced yoga instructor, Sharon Poarch, will lead guests in this one-hour gentle class suitable for all levels, from beginners to advanced.

This property has a spectacular, quintessential New England stream with multiple small waterfalls that winds its way through a pine forest.

We will take a hands-on walk on the property to touch, smell, and examine some of the living specimens.
