Submit up to 3 works in any medium. The work must not have been exhibited in a previous Flanders Exhibition of Art. Painting and/or photography is limited in sizing: one piece can measure up to 32″ and other submitted work no greater than 24″. $15 entry fee per member artist for up to 2 works and additional $15 for third work; $25 per non-member artist for up to 2 works and and additional $25 for a third work. The Art Committee reserves the right to refuse unsuitable works.
Artist’s Reception: Friday, Oct 2 | 6 – 8:30 PM. Enjoy wine and snacks and meeting your fellow artists and the public!
Exhibition Hours: Oct 3 – 18 | 10 AM – 4 PM | Van Vleck Gallery, 5 Church Hill Rd Woodbury
Drop Off: Drop off your work on Sunday, Sept 27 at 10 AM – 2 PM or Monday, Sept 28 at 9 AM – 1 PM at the Van Vleck Gallery. Your name, title of work, size, medium and price or NFS must be attached to the front and back of each work. All work must be ready to hang. Call to Register
Pick Up: All work must be picked up on Sunday, Oct 18 from 1 – 3 PM or Monday, Oct 19 from 9AM – 1 PM
