SUMMARY:Invasive Plant Management Work Days
DESCRIPTION:Flanders is proud to partner with the UConn Extension Master Gardener Program as an approved site for intern outreach hours. Master Gardener interns will support our ongoing invasive plant management efforts across our preserves\, helping protect native habitats and strengthen the ecological health of our landscape. Throughout the season\, interns and community volunteers will join our land stewardship team for scheduled workdays focused on removing invasive plants and restoring native plant communities. These hands-on sessions directly contribute to the long term ecological health of our forests\, fields\, and wetlands.
